Solution Partner - Peoria, AZ

Description

IT support provider in Phoenix seeks an energetic professional to assist clients big and small. The successful candidate must have direct experience supporting end users in a business (preferably medical office) environment, setting up hardware and software for all new and existing users, desktop configuration, repair, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices. Support will be provided through onsite and remote support.

Duties

  • Provide computer & network support for various clients via onsite visits, telephone support, ticket support through Connectwise Manage and Automate, and remote desktop assistance through ScreenConnect.
  • Network infrastructure deployment, support, and general maintenance
  • Project management and planning assistance to projects
  • Asset management and inventory control
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures in Sharepoint/Password Portal
  • Email support and administration including Office 365 and Google Suites
  • Handle tasks/projects and complete by deadlines and in a timely manner
  • Work with vendors on behalf of end users and clients
  • Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
  • Small low voltage jobs
  • Camera System management and implementation
  • Onsite technician

Requirements

  • Experience supporting end users in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication & follow-up skills
  • Ability to engage customers on their level
  • High level of proficiency with Windows operating systems & running upgrades
  • Proficiency supporting end users in an Active Directory Domain environment with user permissions
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency with TCP/IP networking (proficiency with routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.)
  • Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with IT protocols such as TCP/UDP, VPN, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, etc.
  • Experience with SonicWall firewalls
  • 5 years of experience directly administering Microsoft SQL/Active Directory system. The administration experience should encompass managing and troubleshooting the following aspects of the system:
    • VMWare and HyperV technologies
    • Application Servers
    • SQL Servers/SQL Backup
    • User Accounts
    • Domain Controller
    • Security/Auditing services
    • DNS services
    • DHCP services
    • RDP Services
    • Group policies
    • Software distribution
    • MS Patch distribution
    • Antivirus application
    • Backup and Restore
    • Performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools
    • Experience working in a healthcare office/large practice environment a plus
  • Knowledge of HIPPA Compliance
  • EMR/HER experience (eMDS, ECW, etc.)
  • Backup Software (Veeam, Backblaze, etc.)
  • Azure (AD, VMS, etc.)
  • Exchange and Office 365 migration, administration, configuration, and support including Sharepoint & Azure
  • Mobile device management
  • Project Management Skills
  • 5+ years experience only
  • MSP experience preferred
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • High attention to detail and well organized
  • Great sense of humor, well-groomed and a team player
  • Must live in the Phoenix Area and have own reliable transportation.
  • Must have valid driver s license with clean driving history
  • This is an in-office job Monday through Friday 8-5 pm. However, due to issues and projects you must be flexible to work outside these hours.
  • Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule as required
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
