Key Responsibilities

  • Saviynt Expertise: Administer and configure the Saviynt platform, leveraging its core modules, workflow engine, and REST APIs to build and manage identity lifecycle processes.
  • ServiceNow Integration: Design and implement technical integrations between Saviynt and ServiceNow, utilizing ServiceNow's REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
  • Technical Development: Write custom code (Java, Groovy, or similar) for custom Saviynt connectors and rules. Utilize scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks and SQL for database queries and report generation.
  • Application Integration Consulting: Conduct application assessments and gap analyses for identity governance readiness. Document application architecture, user management capabilities, and API availability. Create technical requirements documents and integration roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical Saviynt configurations and workflows. Facilitate workshops with application teams to define provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions align with compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) by implementing and monitoring effective access certification campaigns, policy violations, and audit reporting. Implement privilege management and Separation of Duties (SoD) controls.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and use Agile/Scrum methodologies. Create training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications
  • Experience Level:
  • 5-7 years of overall experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt platform administration and configuration.
  • CrowdStrike Identity Protection Engineer experience is a MUST
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations or ITSM platforms.
  • Track record of successful enterprise-level IAM implementations.
  • CrowdStrike Expertise: 2 3 years hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (Identity Protection, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust Assessment).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, and identity-based attack techniques (e.g., pass-the-ticket, golden ticket, lateral movement).
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or scripting for automation and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, ServiceNow, Okta, or Saviynt is preferred.
