Role: Genesys Senior Developer
Location: Wheeling, WV (Onsite)

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud CX expert with 5 9 years of experience in developing and implementing multichannel solutions (IVR, chat, SMS, email, bots). The role requires hands-on expertise with Genesys Cloud CX Architect, third-party integrations (AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, Workday, CRM Dynamics), and strong knowledge of Genesys AI, Agent Copilot, and self-service analytics. Candidates must hold Genesys Cloud CX certification and have experience in reporting, analytics, and APIs within complex environments.
