Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and improve overall HR processes.
Job Requirements:
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
Must have experience with multiple USA & Canada payroll implementations; experience in other countries is an added advantage.
SAP ECP Certification is preferred.
Experience in payroll integrations with third-party vendors such as WFS (Work Force Software), Benefits, and Taxation Systems.
Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for USA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other SuccessFactors modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and automation in accordance with country-specific tax and labor laws.
Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions
Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflows
Work on cross-functional testing, including integration between SAP and third-party applications.
Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing) ,conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.
Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP ECP.
Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP ECP and system analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.

The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $95.00/hr.
