IT System Support

Contract- Temp to hire
The IT System Support will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring high availability and performance of internal infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in OS-level troubleshooting, network diagnostics, system administration, and hardware support.
Key Responsibilities
-Build, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems across various platforms (Windows, macOS).-Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.-Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or equivalent systems.
-Offer ongoing support for printers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance across the organization.
-Diagnose and resolve network and wireless connectivity issues; coordinate with vendors or ISPs as needed.
-Maintain system documentation and asset inventories.
-Assist with the rollout of new applications, software updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
-Ensure security protocols are followed, escalating issues as appropriate.
