• Based in Dallas
• Expect to be in the office 5 days with obvious flexibilities in emergencies

Technology Project Manager
Client -- Corporate Real Estate Interface:

• Representing the Technology Engineering division, working closely with Construction group and key architectural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing ( MEP ) consultants .

• MEP is Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing

(probably have to know about plumbing to put the cabling systems around the plumbing, to not mix water and electrical)

• Developing the internal project approval and costing processes within Construction group <--- BUDGET
• Managing the interface between Technology division and Client s construction team regarding:-

• New office due diligence visits and reporting
• Development of construction employee requirements
• Construction request for proposals ( RFP ) and working through potential impacts <--- NOTE RFPs there are a lot of them to do in this role.
• Technology room data sheet development
• Design consultant liaison
• Technology room test fits, containment and carrier design
• Workshop detail design post lease approval
• Management of construction room ready handovers from the construction team to Technology division

Project Management:

• Ownership of the project lifecycle leveraging existing methodologies of the Technology division.
• Defining objectives, deliverables, time and costs estimates working with the stakeholders . <--- MEET WITH LOTS OF STAKEHODES
• Ensuring that the project is appropriately resourced / have enough of the right people / vendors to do the work
• Developing and gaining approval of the formal project plan including scope, schedule, budget, procurement and communication .
• Developing and maintaining a risk management plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Producing regular update reports and lead regular projects update meetings.
• Managing the execution phase, ensuring change and quality controls are being followed .

• Managing the project lifecycle of key Technology streams :

• Carrier point of entry, carrier procurement and installation
• Technology room design, high and low level design

• Voice procurement and implementation
• Trader voice design, procurement and integration
• Multimedia and TV service design, procurement and deployment
• Compute procurement and build-out
• Desktop procurement and deployment
• Coordination of technology with furniture

SI (System Integrator) vendor management:

• Working closely with the (General Contractor) and appointed SI to ensure that all Client technology scope is delivered by the as per the agreed schedule
• Ensuring that all works between SI are coordinated to a satisfactory manner to avoid any damage Client technology rooms or systems

1. Issue management:

• Managing all issues and report back to Client in the form of an agreed process.

1. Quality assurance:

• Ensuring that all works carried out by the and Client technology team is to a satisfactory manner and as per approved drawings.
• Managing the agreed benchmarking process across the infrastructure domain
• Reporting all QA issues
