Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Web/E-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail initiatives. As a key member of companies IT team, you will be responsible for driving our e-commerce strategy, optimizing user experiences, and leveraging the power of Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Management:

Oversee the SFCC platform, managing website operations and optimizing online sales channels.
Utilize SFCC tools and software to analyze data and enhance the customer experience.
Configure and customize SFCC Business Manager to optimize site functionality.
Ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, inventory management).
SFMC Integration:

Configure and manage SFMC for email campaigns, automation, and customer journeys.
Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and personalized marketing.
User Experience Optimization:

Continuously enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.
Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to drive conversion rate improvements.
Product Catalog Management:

Oversee product catalog setup, including categorization, attributes, and pricing.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across the website.
Digital Marketing Integration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce efforts with digital campaigns.
Implement SEO best practices, manage paid search campaigns, and optimize product listings.
SAP Integration:

Leverage Integration Team to enhance data flow between E-Commerce & Other systems.
Ensure real-time synchronization of inventory, pricing, and customer data.
Collaborate with SAP Team to troubleshoot any integration issues.
Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
Generate regular reports on key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, etc.).
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including Web developers, content Administrator, and Web Designers.
Foster a collaborative environment and encourage innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, specifically with expertise in SFCC and SFMC.
Familiarity with website design, functionality, product selection, pricing, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and user-centered design.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
