Role: Platform Operations Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Overview:
Join Adobe's Platform Operations team to support and optimize the Adobe DX marketing tech stack with a focus on Marketo Engage and CRM systems. This role blends technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage RTB tasks and technical projects for multiple Marketo instances

Support end-to-end campaign execution with marketing and campaign ops teams

Troubleshoot issues related to lead scoring, lifecycle, and data management

Maintain and optimize Marketo integrations with third-party platforms

Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to meet business needs

Proactively review and improve operational processes and documentation
Required Qualifications:
-
3 5 years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in marketing operations

3+ years administering Marketo Engage (MCE certification required)

Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics 365

Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and database management

Hands-on experience with complex tech stack integrations and troubleshooting

Proficient in generating Marketo and CRM reports

Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills
