Location: San Antonio, TX ONSITE
Contract Length: 12 months

Position Summary:
Seeking a Senior Product Owner with extensive experience in Agile methodologies to spearhead product development initiatives. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and a history of delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile development process with a focus on Scrum framework adherence.
Define, articulate, and evolve product vision and strategy.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for business goal alignment.
Prioritize product backlog for optimal value delivery.
Guide product discovery and development with a user-centric approach.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Serve as a crucial link between development teams and stakeholders.
Utilize market analysis and customer feedback for informed product decisions.
Guarantee timely delivery of superior quality products.
Qualifications
Over 5 years as a Product Owner in Agile settings, ideally in Data & Analytics / Oil & Gas / Energy Industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
Demonstrated capability in data-driven decision-making and complex roadmap management.
Prior experience with Data & Analytics teams on Data Products is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced degree in a related area.
Agile methodology certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
