Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Day-1 Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term
Job Description:
- Must have 8 - 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications/modules using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Script Includes
- Customize ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules
- Build complex workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules
- Develop custom Service Portal widgets using AngularJS/Bootstrap
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with CMDB, discovery, and asset management data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and demos
- Adhere to best practices for code, security, and performance
- Manage update sets, versions, and deployments between environments
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming
