Position Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role is pivotal in aligning our CRM capabilities with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Business Operations: Ability to learn client business operations so that you can generate solutions to meet the needs of the business. Ability to propose new solutions to alleviate operational pain points. This may include running quick Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate solutions and value.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and features.
  4. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
  5. Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance Salesforce functionalities to improve user experience and system performance.
  6. Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
  7. Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications

 

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
  3. Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a hybrid work environment.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
