This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a motivated attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience. The role involves handling legal matters related to administrative proceedings, student suspension hearings, impartial hearings, and appeals before the State Review Officer, as well as litigation in state and federal court.As the Electrical Department Manager, you'll serve as the technical lead for all electrical design efforts. You ll oversee full project life cycles from initial engineering studies through design execution ensuring quality, code compliance, and timely delivery. You'll guide junior engineers, coordinate with vendors and regulatory agencies, and represent the firm with confidence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex electrical design projects with minimal supervision
- Perform engineering studies and write reports with actionable recommendations
- Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior electrical design staff
- Review and edit technical specifications, ensuring code compliance (NEC, local codes, etc.)
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and team performance
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other engineering disciplines
- Conduct site visits, review submittals, and respond to RFIs
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Perform quality control checks and contribute to technical standards and guides
- Stay current on industry best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- PE license (Professional Engineer) required
- 12+ years of relevant experience (15+ years accepted in lieu of degree)
- Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and engineering projects
- Must have Experince on Hospita or school or collage electrical design projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of local agency standards and specifications
