Candidate Requirements:
- Open to U.S. Citizens, s, and H1B candidates.

1. Mid-Level Java/J2EE Developer (5 Years) 3 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain efficient Java/J2EE code.
- Implement features using Spring, Hibernate, Struts.
- Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Support application deployment and post-deployment fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
Requirements:
- ~5 years Java/J2EE development experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts.
- Kafka integration experience for data processing.
- Middleware experience: AWS SQS, EventBridge (or Azure equivalent).
- CI/CD familiarity (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Front-end familiarity: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with AI-assisted dev tools.
2. Senior Java/J2EE Developer (7 Years) 3 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, coding, testing, and deployment of Java/J2EE apps.
- Drive system architecture decisions and microservices design.
- Conduct/enforce code reviews and mentor junior devs.
- Build and optimize RESTful/SOAP services.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines & deployments.
- Integrate with databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Ensure scalability, performance, and production stability.
Requirements:
- ~7 years Java/J2EE experience.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts.
- Strong background with Kafka, AWS SQS, EventBridge.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Front-end skills: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong communication, leadership, and solution design skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with AI-assisted dev tools.
