Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- This role will contribute to supporting one line of business, with a heavy focus on email. The team is starting a project for new data measurement techniques for retention and engagement emails.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting: the role involves analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports, including generating insights and data storytelling for presentations.
- Audience Research and Targeting: The role requires researching data sources to define campaign audiences, contributing to the planning phase before campaign launches.
- Data Preparation and Presentation: Preparing data, creating presentations, and communicating complex analysis results to stakeholders are core responsibilities.
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis to uncover audience behaviors, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimization across email campaigns.
- Perform research to support the creation and refinement of personalized targeting signals using cross-channel data sources.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to align on data requirements, insights, and targeting strategies.
- Derive meaningful business insights by exploring large datasets, identifying patterns, and translating findings into actionable targeting opportunities.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience with PowerPoint (Ability to create clear, effective presentations to communicate data analysis findings)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with Power Bi and Adobe Analytics (for data analysis and reporting)
- Minimum 5 years experience with advanced Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, some statistical analysis)
Education/Experience:
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: A degree in computer science, marketing, statistics, or in a field related to data analytics is required to be eligible for this role.
