Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to assess data systems and support reporting, analytics, and data optimization efforts. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand business requirements, improve reporting capabilities, evaluate data quality, and explore new tools and methodologies to enhance data utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Assess complex data systems and applications in support of both ad-hoc and recurring reporting needs.
• Create reports, programs, methodologies, and data files for analysis and presentation.
• Evaluate current and legacy data to identify areas of improvement and ensure data quality.
• Research new data sources and explore third-party analytical platforms such as AWS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for data collection and feedback on proposed improvements.
• Support the development of new data-driven applications and reporting tools.
• Implement enhancements to data presentation and delivery through modern database and analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience in data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL frameworks and data integration tools.
• Experience with reporting packages like SAP BusinessObjects.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
