Role: Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams, enabling effective collaboration and delivery. 
- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 
- Support and coach teams in applying Agile principles and Scrum best practices while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
- Coordinate with project managers and business stakeholders to manage dependencies in Waterfall or hybrid projects. 
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met through effective planning and tracking. 
- Proactively identify risks, impediments, and bottlenecks; drive resolutions to maintain delivery momentum. 
- Support continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization. 
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Business Analysts in a banking environment to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented. 
- Produce key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, release progress) to provide visibility into team performance. 
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven success in large-scale or enterprise projects. 
- Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery models, ideally within hybrid project environments. 
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams. 
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar. 
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence teams toward continuous improvement. 
 - Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory)- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) 
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or other Scaled Agile certifications (advantageous) 
- PMP or Prince2 certification (added advantage for hybrid methodology projects)
