About the Role

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake, data science, and digital transformation leadership. You will play a central role in designing and implementing enterprise data strategies that accelerate business insight, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics across the organization.

You ll drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms and solutions, working across departments to lead teams, influence architecture decisions, and align business objectives with scalable data solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the vision for enterprise data architecture and analytics transformation using Snowflake and cloud-native solutions.
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouse environments.
  • Lead the integration of data science capabilities into business workflows for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategy into roadmaps, architecture, and delivery plans.
  • Champion data governance, metadata management, and quality practices across domains.
  • Guide the implementation of data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and analytics use cases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale data transformation programs, including migrations to Snowflake from legacy systems.
  • Advocate for data democratization and self-service analytics using modern BI and data science tools.
  • Support and coach data engineers, data scientists, and analysts across delivery streams.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in Data & Analytics, with proven leadership of transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Snowflake.
  • Strong grasp of SQL, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and performance tuning.
  • Background in data science or machine learning, including model deployment and monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures including lakehouse, ELT, and data mesh concepts.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with dbt, Airflow, Python, or similar data engineering tools.
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, financial services, or similar data-rich industries.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of MLOps or operationalizing data science pipelines.
