RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher in Tampa, FL.

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Digital UX Researcher to join their Digital Research & Innovation team. This role focuses on usability testing and design research to uncover customer pain points and validate solutions across digital platforms-including websites, mobile apps, and application processes. The work is strategic, not academic, and directly informs roadmaps, digital experiences, and implementation decisions.

The ideal candidate is a skilled usability testing professional who can leverage tools such as UserTesting.com to evaluate customer experiences, collaborate with UX and product teams, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and analyze usability testing studies for digital platforms (web, mobile, applications) using UserTesting.com and other methods
* Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and accessibility specialists to improve digital flows
* Perform competitive and comparative research to evaluate customer experience trends
* Present research findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams
* Support implementation and evaluative phases of research (post-strategy) to validate design solutions
* Contribute to customer-centric, data-driven design decision making

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field
* 3+ years of UX research experience, with a strong focus on usability testing
* Experience with UserTesting.com or similar tools (UserTesting.com required, can be learned quickly)
* Understanding of UI design principles and user-centered design practices
* Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
* Ability to evaluate websites, mobile applications, and voice interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in design research or UI/UX design
* Experience working with accessibility teams and integrating accessibility insights into research
* Familiarity with customer-centric design, design thinking, and data-driven design

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
