Job Title:I INFORMS (People Soft) Change Management / Training Resources Lead
Location: Miami, Florida (On-site, Local Candidates Only)
Job Overview:
Miami-Dade County is seeking a qualified and experienced Change Management / Training Resources Lead to support its INFORMS (PeopleSoft) initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing organizational change, training development and delivery, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders. This role is crucial for the success of the PeopleSoft transformation within a governmental environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management and training initiatives for INFORMS (PeopleSoft) implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to end-user needs.
- Coordinate with functional teams to gather input and align training materials with business processes.
- Design, develop, and deliver user training programs and documentation.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to departmental teams throughout the change process.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content/methods as needed.
- Act as the liaison between IT, business units, and project teams to facilitate successful adoption of PeopleSoft modules.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in a related technical or business field from an accredited university.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft functional modules in a Change Management and Training leadership role.
- Proven government experience in managing PeopleSoft change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the integration across PeopleSoft modules, such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain.
- Experience in creating user-focused training materials, documentation, and knowledge assets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, Florida for the duration of the engagement.
