  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, and Business Operations.
  • Partner closely with product managers and tech leads to define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure milestones, budgets, and KPIs are clearly tracked and communicated to executive stakeholders.
  • Implement agile and scaled agile practices where applicable, promoting continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across program workstreams.
  • Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution, ensuring retail-specific considerations (e.g., omnichannel experience, inventory systems, in-store tech) are factored in.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, fostering collaboration between corporate, digital, and store operations teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or large-scale project management experience in a tech-focused or product-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in the retail industry, particularly with digital transformation, eCommerce platforms, in-store technology, or supply chain systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies, digital product lifecycle, and software development practices.
  • Product Lifecycle Management required
  • Digital Product Creation required
  • Visual Line Planning required
  • Product Information Management (PIM) required
  • Product Traceability required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Experience in omnichannel retail, mobile app development, or ERP integration
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or personalization engines
  • Knowledge of retail KPIs, customer journey mapping, and store operations
