Change Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Ballwin, MO that is seeking a Change Manager responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of change adoption efforts as part of key projects and serves as the main point of contact for change adoption activities on those projects.

Responsibilities:
* Takes change adoption efforts end to end from original concept through final implementation and adoption success
* Monitors and drives project performance by implementing change management best practices
* Plans, manages, and monitors change adoption activities from concept through implementation for projects
* Acts as primary contact for change adoption to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
* Assesses, strategizes, designs, develops, and delivers actionable change management tactics, which includes communications, leadership, sponsorship, engagement and provides recommendations for training
* Establishes change management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools
* Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback
* Handling multiple projects simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS:
* Prosci certification
* 6-10 years of experience in change management
* Enterprise experience

Nice to haves:
* Salesforce experience
* Telco experience
* Sales environment experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
