Genesis10 is seeking a Documentation/Publishing Specialist for a 7-month contract position in Chandler, AZ.
Compensation: $35.63 per hour, w2.
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office/ 2 days remote)

Overview:
- On this assignment, consultants will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Business Systems Consulting assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Strong publishing and documentation expertise.
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience
- Ability to lead or participate in developing documentation or document publishing strategy, policy, and guidelines
- Can participate in establishing publication guidelines, conduct procedure audits and certifications, or manage procedure timeline and pipeline
- Skilled in reviewing and editing material authored by others
- Able to design and develop technical project artifacts, Job Aides, technical training materials, for Windows and Mac OS, and related products
- Ability to complete quality control assessments of the work performed by the team
- Able to recommend and document business procedures and best practices, identifying process gaps and offering alternatives
- Experience to serve as team lead or escalation point
- Ability to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Partners with clients to review audience and develop a strategy to address technical documentation needs
