Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder).
