Job Description
You will be the Reliability Engineer for the JASSM and LRASM Reliability, Maintainability & Testability team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing technical reliability studies, evaluating engineering design concepts, and ensuring that products meet required levels of reliability.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting technical reliability studies, analyzing performance reports, and investigating variables that affect product and process reliability. You will work closely with the Logistics Sustainment Engineer (LSE) team to identify and resolve hardware/software integration issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and coordinating technical reliability studies and evaluations
* Analyzing performance reports and process control statistics
* Investigating and resolving technical problems and issues
* Interacting with subcontractors, engineers, program managers, and customers
* Writing reports, white papers, and other technical documents
* Participating in FRACAS, Engineering Change Board (ECB), Failure Review Boards (FRB), and Corrective Action Board (CAB)

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, motivated and result oriented
Proficiency/experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
Desired skills
Experience using Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) or other types of root cause analyses and maintainability analyses
Reliability and Maintainability Experience
Experience presenting findings to customers and management
Electronic/Electromechanical testing and troubleshooting

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
