Job Title: SAP Application Support Consultant (Interface Monitoring & Job Scheduling)

Location: South Carolina, USA -Remote

Duration: Long-term

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant with strong expertise in background job scheduling tools (such as Redwood, Control-M, Tivoli, or CA Workload) and SAP interface monitoring. The role will focus on ensuring operational stability, proactive monitoring, and reliable support for an SAP S/4 HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interface monitoring across SAP S/4 HANA systems.
• Support and manage background job scheduling using Redwood (and potentially Control-M, Tivoli, or CA Workload).
• Provide application-level support (not Basis/system administration).
• Troubleshoot job failures, escalations, and interface issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with EU and US teams to align scheduling and monitoring processes.
• Contribute to release/change management cycles for scheduled jobs and interfaces.
• Ensure reliable, US-based support coverage for business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in job scheduling tools (Redwood, Control-M, Tivoli, CA Workload, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA application support.
• Hands-on experience with interface monitoring in SAP.
• Familiarity with global support models (EU/US collaboration).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to release and deployment support.
• Prior experience working with US-based clients.
