Required:
  • Mandatory:
  • Analytical, strong effective communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, data analysis, Agile methodologies, requirements elicitation/meeting facilitation, Azure DevOps.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Basic software development knowledge.
  • Must have the following capabilities:
  • Ability to analyze complex business information and understand business processes in order to document business and functional level requirements. Break down complex concepts into smaller, comprehensible concepts for analysis.
  • Facilitate work sessions to elicit requirements and other relevant information from Business and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a common understanding.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) so others can consume information provided.
  • Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies (preferred experience with Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to create business process diagrams or other necessary visuals for requirement purposes by using Microsoft Visio.
  • Manage stakeholder concerns and address barriers by identifying, anticipating, and mitigating risks and potential issues to prevent project delays.
  • Collaborate with project team members to exchange information and to respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver summarized findings of problems to management to recommend proposed actions.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Fraud business processes and applications for new and enhanced technology.
  • Analyze complex business information and understand business processes in order to document business and functional level requirements. Break down complex concepts into smaller, comprehensible concepts for analysis.
