JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a D365 Functional Analyst (F&O / SCM) for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Dallas, TX 75231 (onsite 2-3 days per week). The D365 Functional Analyst (F&O / SCM) will support 8 lines of business by assisting end-users in achieving business goals in terms of solution solutions, specifically in D365 F&O / SCM. The D365 Functional Analyst (F&O / SCM) will collaborate with business users to train on functional usage, assess their business processes, align system functionality, and determine root cause of issues, including business processes and/or system configurations, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the ERP platform software applications in a qualitative way to meet functional and non-functional requirements. The D365 Functional Analyst (F&O / SCM) will continuously be involved in scaling the organization through M&A, working across global operations, to streamline ERP functions across the enterprise.

• Interface with End-Users for Configuration / Maintenane of D365 Systems


• Assist in the Design / Architecture / Implementation of New D365 Solutions / Workflows


• Directly Interface with Internal Stakeholders - Provide D365 Training / Support


• Troubleshoot / Resolve D365-Related Issues - Escalate to Technical Teams, as appropriate


• Work Cross-Functionally to Assist in Data Migrations / Integrations of D365 with Other Systems


• Provide Leadership with Updates / Reports on D365 Performance / Usage


• Work Closely with IT / Technical Teams to Ensure D365 Follows Microsoft / Company Standards / Best Practices


• Continuously Evaluate / Recommend Improvements to the D365 Systems / Processes


• Identify / Prioritize Features to be Delivered


• Translate Conceptual User Requirements into Clear / Detailed Functional Requirements


• Work with Business / Technical Stakeholders - Develop / Document User Stories / Manage Requirements Scoping Throughout the Delivery Process


• Assist Team on the Development of Feature Tests / Test Cases / Regression Tests


• Set Expectations with Business Stakeholders for Delivery of New Capabilities / Features / Functionalities


• Effectively Communicate (Verbally / Written) Complex Technical Information to Stakeholders

• D365 Functional Analyst (5+ years) - F&O / SCM / Project Accounting / Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash

• D365 F&O Implementations - Assist in Design / Architecture / Implementation


• D365 Business Process / System Configurations - Documentation / Testing / Deployment / Maintenance


• Direct Stakeholder Interfacing - Directly Interface with Stakeholders to Determine Elicit / Implicit Needs


• Create / Maintain Documentation - Business Case / Business Requirement Summary / Scope / Process Flow / User Stories / Use Cases / Acceptance Criteria, etc.


• Develop Test Plans / Create Test Cases / Execute Test Plans / Report Test Results


• Agile Development Methodologies / Agile Planning Tools - Azure DevOps, etc.


• Manufacturing Industry - MRP / SCM / POC / Manufacturing Resource Planning Tools, etc.
