Job Description:Client is looking for someone who is hardworking and reliable. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with something new every day. You will be working side-by-side with the current members on the team. This is an entry level job opportunity. You will receive training.
This role is 100% onsite. Reliable transportation is required.
The bulk of the day will be responding to tickets. You will be supporting users through email, chat, and in person. Expected issues: password resets in active directory, troubleshooting login issues, WiFi connectivity issues, printer support, etc.. Soft skills are very important, must be on time.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
