Job Details

Location: Remote ( MUST be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to starting the role on own expense.

Full job description below.

  • Knowledge of latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including the latest ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards.
  • Provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication, as part of the IT team.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility.
  • Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines.
  • Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.
  • Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.
  • Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms
  • Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the below:

  • Experience with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, or similar
  • Experience with accessibility in Forms and web content
  • Web development and management of high traffic websites
  • Drupal 10 experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Hands on testing and troubleshooting of custom modules, themes, and content objects
  • Collaborative
