Job Details

Identify implementation stakeholders and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a client with an immediate need for an experienced PBM (PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGEMENT) IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST/BUSINESS ANALYST with the following background and skills:

  • At least 2+ years of business analysis experience related to pharmacy within a healthcare setting, with health plan and pharmacy benefit management experience strongly preferred
    Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefits, including a working understanding of:
    Benefit designs and formularies
    File exchanges (eligibility, accumulators, claims)
    Pharmacy networks
    Configuration and testing of pharmacy benefits
    Bachelor's degree in a related field
    IIBA CCBA or CBAP certification highly desirable
    Requirements tool knowledge, such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Previous use of Modern Requirements for Azure DevOps a plus
