Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an energetic, talented, and highly motivated F-15 Sustainment Data Management Specialist to join The Fighter and Strike Aircraft Sustainment Engineering team in Hazelwood, MO. This dynamic team is made up of project, integration, avionics, and systems engineers responsible for the sustainment of domestic, foreign military sale (FMS), and direct commercial sale (DCS) F-15s. They also support production and modernization efforts in Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) and ensure successful transition of those efforts to BGS for post-production sustainment once fielded.

This position will be responsible for maintaining a robust data management process, committed to on-time delivery and first-time quality of data submittals to Boeing customers. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at collaborating across teams and functions. Position responsibilities include:

Position Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and providing inputs to Statement of Work, proposals, and estimates, ensuring that Contract Data Requirements Lists are complete and executable
  • Loading and submitting data items, producing forecasts, and working with teams to ensure contractual requirements and timelines are understood and data items are provided on-time
  • Review items for correct contractual and export markings to drive first time quality
  • Load and track supplier data submittals for purchase orders with suppliers
  • Proactively identify quality improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of prior work experience in a technical or business role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • (Level 3) 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior Data Management work experience
  • Experience with contracts and documentation
  • Familiarity with intellectual property handling requirements

Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): $63,750 - $86,250

Summary pay range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950
