  • Proficiency / exposure to application implementation, with understanding of business process and data interrelationships and configuration impact.

  • Experience in project management by leading project activities and associated team members.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support for HCM system implementation projects, primarily providing oversight on implementing Ceridian Dayforce Time/Workforce Management, and/or Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Talent Management.
  • Assist client and consultants during all phases of system implementation projects.
  • Utilize the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to manage large and small scale HCM projects.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans to keep projects in scope and under budget.
  • Manage and ensure execution of all implementation project tasks adhering to Ceridian Dayforce working with client and consultants to design business processes, gather functional and reporting requirements, build/configure system according to client requirements, and support testing, data conversion and integration development efforts
  • Manage fixed cost and time and materials-based project budgets.
  • Be a system expert on Ceridian Dayforce product/application; continually learn and stay current on all features/functions to provide maximum value to the client.
  • Communicate with project team members regarding project milestones, risks, issues, and status.
  • Manage the full project life-cycle implementation.
  • Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards.
  • Ensure consultants configure the application based off client specifications.
  • Coordinate implementation solutions teams (configuration, IT, product)
  • Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies.
  • Control customer delivery and validate customer go-live.
  • Measure project success and identify improvements needed.
  • Stay abreast of new features and products released.
  • Monitors and ensures project activities are progressing as scheduled (and within defined scope).
