GEN AI Engineer

1. Strong experience in Cloud AI Development (Amazon Bedrock, CoPilot Studio, or Azure AI), prompt engineering, RAG, and foundational LLM models
2. Expertise in LLM fine-tuning techniques: sanitizing, chunking, indexing, post-training, and reinforcement learning
3. Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into MS and AWS environments across all development stages
4. Proficient in Python, React, AWS CDK and Lambda
5. Solid software engineering background with a focus on backend development
6. Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications with real business impact
