certified in CAD and CIS (CSM) with hands-on experience in Service Portal and CSM. Role Overview
- Position: ServiceNow Developer
- Experience: 5+ years hands-on expertise on ServiceNow
- Focus Areas:
- Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST Integration, Service Portal, UI Builder
- Bonus: Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSM, NowAssist, AgenticAI
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Customization: Applications, scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, APIs).
- Service Portal: Build & enhance components (Catalog Items, Widgets, Workflows).
- UI Builder: Modern, scalable UI design.
- Collaboration: Translate requirements into technical solutions.
- CSM Support: Configure, customize, and integrate solutions.
- AI & Automation: Explore and implement NowAssist & AgentAI.
- Compliance: Ensure coding standards, optimization, and best practices.
- Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Core Skills: Script Includes, Service Portal, UI Builder.
- Technical Proficiency: ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, React.
- Platform Knowledge: ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Reporting/Dashboards.
- Methodologies: Agile / Scrum.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation.
- NowAssist (GenAI) & AgenticAI solutions.
