ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote
certified in CAD and CIS (CSM) with hands-on experience in Service Portal and CSM. Role Overview
  • Position: ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience: 5+ years hands-on expertise on ServiceNow
  • Focus Areas:
    • Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST Integration, Service Portal, UI Builder
    • Bonus: Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSM, NowAssist, AgenticAI

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Customization: Applications, scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, APIs).
  • Service Portal: Build & enhance components (Catalog Items, Widgets, Workflows).
  • UI Builder: Modern, scalable UI design.
  • Collaboration: Translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • CSM Support: Configure, customize, and integrate solutions.
  • AI & Automation: Explore and implement NowAssist & AgentAI.
  • Compliance: Ensure coding standards, optimization, and best practices.
  • Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
  • Core Skills: Script Includes, Service Portal, UI Builder.
  • Technical Proficiency: ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, React.
  • Platform Knowledge: ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Reporting/Dashboards.
  • Methodologies: Agile / Scrum.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation.
  • NowAssist (GenAI) & AgenticAI solutions.
