Job Description:

  • In this role, you will develop and execute research programs that inform strategy across client Cloud s Applied AI products. You will partner closely with UX, PM, Engineering, and Data Science to define priorities, uncover user needs, and guide product vision in fast-moving 0 1 environments as well as large-scale enterprise settings.
  • Our ideal candidate brings strong product sense, deep expertise in mixed-methods research, and the ability to translate technically complex AI use cases into clear, actionable insights. You excel at simplifying data-rich workflows and advocating for user value through compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive cohesive, holistic research programs that guide product strategy across the Applied AI portfolio.
  • Lead primary research efforts including field studies, interviews, surveys, logs analysis, and metrics programs.
  • Contribute to product and research roadmaps; manage complex project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner closely with UX, PM, Engineering, and Data Science to align on priorities in a rapid, dynamic environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client Cloud Applied AI products, technical architectures (Cloud, APIs, LLMs), user motivations, and business opportunities.
  • Translate complex workflows into clear insights and recommendations that influence product direction.
  • Communicate research findings effectively through reports, presentations, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Help establish and scale best practices for high-quality qualitative and quantitative research across the team.

Experience:

  • Expertise conducting interviews, field studies, surveys, logs analysis, and Customer Journey (CUJ) instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of mixed research methods, with clarity on when and how to apply each during different product phases.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts including Cloud infrastructure, APIs, and large language models.
  • Experience researching enterprise products or technically complex domains.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven success in both 0 1 product environments and scaling research practice in large enterprises.
