Data Entry Clerk - US

Location: Washington(Remote)

Will be working PST time zone (Must be in PST time zone, but not California)
JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Workers Compensation is insurance line
  • Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
  • Data management
  • Data entry
  • Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
  • Ability to work PST hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily

 

Must Have

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy a must.
  • Commercial Insurance Program Support
  • Excellent Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • High Level of Data Entry Accuracy
  • Insurance Industry Experience

 

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Interpreting client requirements documents
  • Data management experience
  • Skilled with data management preferred. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well with clients
  • Data Entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful and considered first

 

Education:

  • College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience
