Job Description:
We are seeking a proven leader to build and scale our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and Digital Transformation Consultant (DTC) ecosystem into a major growth engine. This role goes beyond partnership management it is about orchestrating complex, high-value collaborations with Tier-1 GSIs, driving multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes, and positioning our solutions as a preferred choice for predictive maintenance and industrial digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale a GSI partnership pipeline, recruiting 10 15 Tier-1 GSI partners in the first year.
Develop joint business plans with GSIs, targeting $500K $2M annual revenue per partner.
Drive $2M+ partner-influenced revenue in the first 18 months through structured co-selling.
Launch joint GTM campaigns with GSIs targeting steel, automotive, chemical, and energy sectors.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with 25+ GSI stakeholders (practice directors, solution architects, delivery leads).
Deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs ensuring certification of GSI sales/technical teams.
Negotiate complex partnership agreements, including technology integration and revenue sharing models.
Travel 70%+ to engage partners, attend industry events, and accelerate partnership growth.
Required Qualifications:
8 15 years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales or partnership management.
At least 5 years focused on GSI/consulting partnerships with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, or Infosys.
Proven track record of $1M+ annual revenue from GSI-driven partnerships.
Strong background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or industrial IoT.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent negotiation, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience working within a Tier-1 consulting firm or GSI.
Expertise in steel, automotive, chemical, or energy verticals.
Experience managing partnerships across North America and international markets.
