Pay Range: $81.89hr - $86.89hr
Responsibilities
Program Launch:
- Support recruitment and onboarding education for new Co-hosts.
- Analyze regional and territorial business trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, pilot, and test new initiatives supporting Co-host growth at scale.
- Develop and maintain community forums for program, product, and community support.
- Execute workshops, events, webinars, and partnerships.
- Adapt central programs to meet regional objectives.
- Design and operationalize email and scaled communication campaigns for lifecycle engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Co-hosts and support their business development.
- Build sentiment and feedback channels to provide insights to product and program teams.
- Identify and pilot opportunities to improve Co-host success.
- Own revenue and host growth goals.
- Develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Evaluate program effectiveness to inform business strategy.
- Lead through influence and ensure alignment with organizational values.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to support next-generation hosts.
- Develop project plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage risks.
- Support the design and scale of pilot programs for evolving business verticals.
- Act as a change agent using change management methodologies.
- Lead development of impactful communication resources for the Co-hosting community.
- Develop deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets.
- Support online and offline community events.
- 8+ years in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development in Tech, Real Estate/Property Management, or Travel.
- Proven ability to drive growth and exceed OKRs.
- Strong project management and strategic program leadership experience.
- Ability to forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics.
- Experience in sales or external relationship management.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building abilities.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy for community and passion for growth.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue models.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytical tools (SQL).
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (Asana, Airtable).
- Experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Leading strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
