Responsibilities of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer include:
- Act as a cloud subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design, architecture, and deployment of secure solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using automation tools.
- Develop and implement security tools like Tenable, Trend Micro, and Microsoft Defender to enhance cloud infrastructure protection.
- Design secure, compliant cloud architectures using Infrastructure-as-Code for enterprise systems and networks.
- Collaborate with clients to shape cloud strategies, including architecture planning, roadmaps, and security assessments.
- Work closely with cloud providers and enterprises to align solutions with security goals and support digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications for the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer include:
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, including architecture, deployment, and automation in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible for automating cloud infrastructure.
- Strong background in systems engineering, including requirements gathering, architecture design, and systems integration.
- Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms, serving in roles such as Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Engineer.
- Skilled in Agile team collaboration, contributing effectively within technical teams of three or more members.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear technical diagrams and written materials.
- Bachelor's degree in related Information Technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation for the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer include:
- Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
