We re a local managed service provider (MSP) with a knack for blending top-tier technology solutions with a down-to-earth attitude. Our secret sauce? What You ll Be Doing:

As our SDR, you ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key player in helping us grow. Here s what your day-to-day would look like:

  • List Detective:Clean and refine prospect lists to focus on the businesses that really need us. Think Sherlock Holmes with spreadsheets.
  • Cold Calling and emailing dynamo:Someone who thrives on turning no into let s talk you re relentless in outreach, persuasive in tone, and strategic in crafting messages that spark interest and open doors.
  • Networking Ninja:Attend local networking events, chamber of commerce mixers, and groups where you can shake hands and talk IT.
  • Prospect Whisperer:Call, email, and visit businesses within a 40 mile radius to introduce client and schedule 10 high-quality meetings per month. Bonus points if you can make an office manager laugh while doing it.
  • Pipeline Creator:Help us achieve our goal of closing $7500K/month in new MRR and $20K/month in project work by teeing up amazing opportunities for the team.
  • Consistency Champion:Understand that MSP sales tend to be longer. Success requires consistent follow-up and staying in front of prospects all the time. It s about building trust over time.
  • Local Rockstar:Be a visible, friendly face of client in Redlands and surrounding areas. People should know you as the go-to person for reliable, fun IT solutions.

Ramp Plan:

  • Q1 (Ramp-Up):Expected to book 5 meetings per month
  • Q2+:Expected to book 10 meetings per month
  • Compensation for Meetings:$85 per scheduled and completed meeting
  • MRR Commission:35% of the first month's signed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from closed deals

What You Bring to the Table:

We re looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (bonus if you ve worked in tech or IT).
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented (yes, even the task-oriented stuff like updating our CRM).
  • Thrives in face-to-face conversations and can charm even the grumpiest gatekeeper.
  • Has a strong work ethic and a sense of humor (we ll bring the puns, but you ve gotta be able to keep up).
  • Lives locally and knows the Redlands and surrounding areas (or can confidently learn them).
  • Has reliable transportation and is comfortable going door-to-door (this is NOT a fully remote role). Hybrid in office is available.
