- 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
- Proven experience re-architecting and optimizing large-scale batch scheduling environments.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling dependencies, calendars, and workload automation.
- Experience in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with other scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).
- Familiarity with cloud-based scheduling and DevOps integration.
