Sr ServiceNow Business Analyst - 99% Remote - Long Term contract - Camp Hill, PA - B1350B

Our direct client is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 99% Remote long term contract position for client in Camp Hill, PA.

Description:

- This Senior Business Analyst Role has the primary responsibility to capture business and technical ServiceNow requirements that lead to the design, develop, and implementation of new applications and support enhancements to existing applications to meet organization’s objectives.  
- The position also engages in a variety of complex analysis activities with minimal or no direct supervision.  
- Responsible for activities, techniques, and artifacts used to work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Proven experience with hands-on requirements solicitation, facilitation, and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Able to coordinate with technical leads, business users, and project managers. 
- Experience working through every phase of software development life cycle. 
- Strong organization and writing skills.  
- Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes/workflows using standard notation/business process modeling using Microsoft Visio or similar tool.
- Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis. 
- Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures. 
- Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirements. 
- Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables; the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated.
- Experience managing testing: creating test cases, executing test cases, and identifying defects as part of validating requirements.  And then working with process owners and developers to resolve defects.
- Experience defining requirements for agile software development frameworks is desirable but not required.
