Job Details

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (or Product Designer) to design engaging, user-centered digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces and delightful user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical and business goals.

  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

  • Iterate designs based on data, analytics, and user feedback.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with conducting user interviews and usability testing.

  • Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.

  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
