Analyst-Data Science Senior
Support the Office of Healthy Communities for Indiana University Health and is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualization, and information dissemination. This role will work under the supervision of the Director of Outcomes and Performance for the Office of Healthy Communities with a dotted line to SHS Data Analytics Manager. This role will develop and fine tune exploratory IT solutions, which includes coding, testing, debugging, designing, and implementing newly developed BI solutions. Researching and planning analytic solutions for existing and new problems within the organization as directed by their supervisor and leadership. Responsible for leading the subject matter strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence tools. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems independently. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhance clinical & business decision-making capabilities. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Previous experience / certification with EPIC, Caboodle and Clarity.
- Ability to obtain EPIC Caboodle or Clarity Certification as requested when IUH GoLive with EPIC.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required. Masters preferred
- Requires Expert Level MS Excel, MS SQL Server, and MS SSRS skills.
- Ability to lead teams through complex, technical projects required.
- 7-10 Years of Experience required.
- Demonstrated Experience in the Healthcare Industry required.
- Significant experience using Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools required.
