The S2P System Specialist is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) system to support efficient procurement operations. This role partners with procurement, sourcing, and vendor management teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing user access, providing end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, improving catalog and workflow processes, and coordinating with vendors on system updates and enhancements. The specialist also supports testing, documentation, reporting, and change management efforts to drive continuous improvement and user adoption of the S2P platform.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 Yrs. Experience as a System Analyst / Administrator

Ideal Candidate Profile - Skills/Competencies:
  • Source-To-Pay System Experience: i.e., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus
  • Proficiency in Supplier Onboarding
  • Proficient in cXML integration configurations
  • Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Expense Management, business performance benchmarking.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong process management skills
  • Strong aptitude in Reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience in using an ERP system or Cloud Procurement System
  • Change Management Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Process Mapping Expertise
  • Ability to Create Standard Operating Procedures

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
