Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier manufacturing and operational issues across the supplier base.
- Ensure process controls are in place and maintained throughout the supplier's manufacturing process.
- Lead supplier issue resolution and implement corrective actions (CAPA, 8D).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and improvement plans.
- Document key learnings and create/update Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Support supplier technical audits, evaluate performance and capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites.
- Strong understanding of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- bility to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and their interdependence.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies: 8D, CAPA.
- Knowledge of vacuum technology and related components (desired).
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
