Role: Technical Project Manager - SalesForce CPQ & Subscription Billing
Location: Remote (EST working hours)
Contract: 6-9+ months.
Experience: 10+ years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience managing SaaS ecommerce projects, with mandatory expertise in Salesforce CPQ AND subscription billing platforms.
- Experience leading multiple large-scale implementation and enhancement projects around Zuora, subscription management, or related billing platforms.

- This role demands strong technical acumen, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to manage complex project workflows effectively.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS ecommerce and subscription billing projects, with a primary focus on Zuora implementations and enhancements.
- MUST HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE ON ORDER TO CASH PROCESSES.
- MUST FOR THIS ROLE IS TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING PROJECTS AROUND SUBSCRIPTION BILLING FOR SAAS ECOMMERCE COMPANIES AND ORDER TO CASH
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving Salesforce and NetSuite applications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with financial systems and SaaS billing models.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Work Environment
- Fully remote role.
- Required to work EST working hours, ensuring coverage during early PST mornings and extended overlap with offshore teams.
