Role: Technical Project Manager - SalesForce CPQ & Subscription Billing
Location: Remote (EST working hours)
Contract: 6-9+ months.
Experience: 10+ years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience managing SaaS ecommerce projects, with mandatory expertise in Salesforce CPQ AND subscription billing platforms.
  • Experience leading multiple large-scale implementation and enhancement projects around Zuora, subscription management, or related billing platforms.
  • PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING AROUND SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND IMPLEMENTED ANY RELATED TOOLS, AS THAT IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE
  • This role demands strong technical acumen, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to manage complex project workflows effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS ecommerce and subscription billing projects, with a primary focus on Zuora implementations and enhancements.
  • MUST HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE ON ORDER TO CASH PROCESSES.
  • MUST FOR THIS ROLE IS TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING PROJECTS AROUND SUBSCRIPTION BILLING FOR SAAS ECOMMERCE COMPANIES AND ORDER TO CASH
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving Salesforce and NetSuite applications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with financial systems and SaaS billing models.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote role.
  • Required to work EST working hours, ensuring coverage during early PST mornings and extended overlap with offshore teams.
