Delivery Manager

is responsible for developing transformation strategies, spearheading, managing, and as required hands on leading largescale transformation initiatives portfolios, programs, projects, organizational change, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and overseeing the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize both business and technology performance, often collaborating with cross functional teams to drive cultural shifts and ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage transformation portfolios within budget and timelines, with a hands-on approach at the program, project, and initiative level as required.
Monitor transformation programs, projects, and initiatives progress; identify potential risks, resolving issues, implementing corrective actions, and serving as an escalation point when required.
Manage senior leadership stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with transformation goals.
Develop and implement change management plans to mitigate resistance and support employee adoption of new processes.
Communicate transformation initiatives clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Provide training and coaching to employees to facilitate adaptation to change.
Create TCOROI analysis for transformation ideas
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate transformation progress to senior leadership.
Track key performance indicators KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Analyze data to identify areas for further optimization and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and client to gain buy in and support for transformation initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their transformation capabilities. Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in successfully leading largescale business and technology transformation projects, in the healthcare payer domain is a MUST.
Expertise in project management tools and techniques
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with AIML Gen Ai solutions Knowledge of relevant healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies
