Administrative Assistant Entry Level

Duties

The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative work, and performs duties such as filing, scanning and data entry.

1.Perform electronic and hard copy filing functions,

2. Scan documents and correctly naming files for storage

3. Copy documents and data entry into various systems, and other related duties.

4. Needs to be very comfortable with the following :

Personal computer

E- Fax

Photocopier

Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word

Google Platform

Scanning software, such as DocuShare

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in MS Office Suite, have good written and oral communication skills.
