Job Details

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in master data management, governance, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with EBX is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise systems integration using APIs, data streaming, and/or ETL tools.
  • Certifications in data governance or MDM technologies (e.g., EBX certifications, CDMP) are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management internally and externally.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with an aptitude for project management and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies required (SaFe preferred).

What will you be doing?

IT Manager - Master Data and Governance

The Master Data and Governance (MDAG) team, through a culture of innovation, inspires, builds, and delivers business results from "idea to outcome". You will work in a very dynamic and challenging environment with a cross-functional team that provides diverse solutions to our business stakeholders and impacts everyone who works at WWT. MDAG uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the continued build-out of our enterprise applications. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Developers. There are no skill silos as team members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities. The position requires a self-starter capable of effectively managing their time, demonstrating a passion for learning, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Partner with your team to develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of master data domains, including customer and product
  • Partner with your team on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the EBX platform to meet organizational master data needs.
  • Work closely with business units, IT, and external partners to understand master data needs, drive alignment, and support strategic goals.
  • Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards
